Dr. Fazio is a skilled dentist however the staff is very unprofessional. I had an issue with a cleaning. A dental cleaning takes time. The Hygenist spent 14 minutes cleaning my teeth. I normally see Tammy which is why I started going to the practice. I have gum issues and 14 minutes is not sufficient, when I mentioned this to the staff the manager is the person that called me and told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. I travel from another state to see Tammy. I spent 155 dollars for the appointment. The manager told me that if I pulled the credit card she would put me on collections. Very disappointed in the service. As a person that works customer service I found her attitude and unprofessionalism a disservice to the practice. Unprofessional. I just hope that Dr. Fazio is aware of the way his staff treats his patients.

You cannot have a healthy body if your teeth are in bad shape. I have been to Dr. Fazio five times and he is one of the best. My teeth were terribly infected and after they were fixed a chronic pain in my back went away and my chronic fatigue improved. He uses bio-compatible materials that will not cause stress to your body - no metals in the crowns, no bisphenol-A, etc. The second most important reason why I love his office is that he treats his staff with kindness and respect, something that was sorely lacking at a previous dentist I went to.

I wish I lived in Long Island or he would be my primary dentist. I drove 2.5 hours one way to get amalgams safety removed. He goes above and beyond the SMART protocol for safe mercury removal. Many in the Andy Cutler chelation group recommend him. You can’t get a more discerning group than this so I knew he was the one to do this safety. On top of this his staff is very professional and he is a super nice guy. I never felt rushed and he took his time to explain everything. I highly trust and recommend him

Dr. Fazio and his staff are amazing!! You get a truly comprehensive assessment of your teeth, which I've never gotten before. I was told so many times I have cavities but it turns out they weren't actually cavities. So happy to have found Dr. Fazio and his hygienists!! (Not to mention the relaxing hand treatment you get during your cleaning!!!)
