I was with another dentist for many years and couldn’t have been happier. When they retired, their business and clients went to AV Periodontics. I had a filling redone by them (where i passed out in the chair due to pain from the novicain) and a year later (having spent the entire year with pain in the tooth they refilled) the filling cracked. They told me i would need an onlay for $2,700. Flabbergasted, i went on the search for a new dentist and another opinion. On consultation, Dr. Schinto let me know that i just needed to have it refilled for $580. I excitedly agreed, and petrified to get Novacaine again, i can confidently say that i felt nothing and the whole thing took 30 minutes. I was the. informed that the reason i was in pain for a year was because the first filling wasn’t attached. Weeks later, my mouth is pain free and am so thankful for him.
