They didn't catch that I had three infected teeth and 4 cavities a tooth broke off completely because they didn't do anything for it. Will never go here again.

If I can give them 0 stars I would they Nevers answer the phone. Very hard to get any information about anything! I got my braces done by them and they would never answer the phone, I be missed one appointment and was trying to reschedule for MONTHS then when I finally got ahold they said I wasn’t a patient anymore and tried to take all my insurance money but didn’t finish the job on my braces. This place is ridiculous

DON'T even call this place, this place is a complete circus!! with idiots!! pretending to be dentist/orthodontist...It's completely hilarious🤣 that they let these idiots have an open practice destroying people's lives...SMH what a joke!!!!!

They are all very nice people and do good. But they never answer the phone when you call to reschedule or schedule. I missed my braces tightening appointment cuz of transportation issues and been calling every day since no answer they left a voice mail and told me to call that number back and then that number is not answering

Dr. Catherine Ghaffari does an excellent job. She is caring and highly competent dentist. Never had any problems with the work she has done. Her office staff at times can have a little bit of an attitude, but mostly friendly and helpful. Often is hard to get through to schedule an appointment. Always have to repeatedly call.
