Office staff are absolutely horrific. Specifically Charlene Tingler (who is miserable/awful every single time you have to deal with her) and the “office manager” who told me she didn’t have a boss Jenny Roger’s. The dentist and hygienist themselves are fine (you get what you pay for) but having the deal with the office staff makes this place not worth it at ALL!!!

Dr. Kandere and her assistant Danni are absolutely awesome. They are working with me to restore my smile, and involving me in every step of the process. They even call me at home to ask questions and are making sure my oral health is intact before getting my partial bridge ready for my new smile. If anyone is looking for a dentist that truly cares about you and your oral health, PLEASE call and schedule with this dynamic duo! They work well together and their professionalism and patience with me was so appreciated.

I had the best experience I may have ever had at a dental office today! First I had a front tooth chipped and called them at 8:45am. They had me in the office helping me by 9:25 am same exact day and this office was full of happy customers so I know they squeezed me in and made room just to help me. If you have to go to the always scary dentist visit they make it so great! Thank you!!!!!

I came in for a filling and during the final stages of the filling the dentist, who is also the owner, hit my tooth with the drill in a way that was not normal. He whispered, “Let me see if I can rectify this.” And finished the filling. I called a few days later to say something didn’t feel right and they assured me it was normal and to use Sensodyne. I went back in a couple of weeks later and they said again I was fine, X-rays look normal, use sensodyne. Six weeks later I was still in pain and I said I think my tooth is cracked. I came back in and the dentist who looked at me (a different one) was very cagey and would not tell me anything about my tooth, just said I needed to see a specialist. The referral list they gave me was full of dead phone numbers and dental clinics that only do extractions and I thought I was going to lose my tooth. I called and spoke with the dentist who did my checkup last and he said it could be a cavity or a crack and I might need a filling or a root canal or an extraction. I demanded the owner call me and after a week of waiting I called to remind them. Owner calls me and was very reassuring, even laughed when I said the other dentist was being evasive about telling me what was happening. He said he had no memory of saying “Let me see if I can rectify this” and could not provide an explanation for why he might have said that. By the end of the 20 min call he told me he could do a root canal on me the following Monday. I got a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying my insurance didn’t cover it, I said coincidentally my insurance is changing next week so please call me back to reschedule and I never heard from them again until it was time for my 6 month cleaning. The owner does not even live in Pennsylvania, he is doing work on people and then bouncing and the other dentists are too scared to comment on his work because he is their employer. I got my root canal at another dentist and they said the crack was visible on both my X-ray and to the naked eye. I had to take out a line of credit to get a root canal I originally didn’t need because I trusted these hacks who are too busy expanding and opening a new location to care for their patients. I have never written a review like this for doctor but all the positive reviews seem to be about dentists who no longer work there and I felt my negative review was necessary.

I believe the dentist here out right lied. I never had any tooth pain whatsoever and they said I have to get fillings for 4 of my teeth. I asked them to show me in the x-ray and they couldn’t even point it out and explain what I’m looking at. I was still dumb enough that I got 2 fillings done and the mercury from the silver fillings have been giving me neurological problems. This took me years to figure out. I have muscle weakness, fatigue and insomnia. My teeth were totally fine and I didn’t need any of the fillings in the first place. Find a different dentist. If you ask for your dental records, the x-rays are missing.
