I was visiting Pittsburgh from out of town and a crown came off. The staff and Dr. Dave were incredibly kind and accommodating since i could not get into my dentist in Indiana until next week. So grateful for their willingness to work me in. If i lived here, i would be going to this dentist for good.

Rachel took care of me and did an amazing job! She was very nice and gentle and made sure I was very comfortable thru the whole process. She rock! Dr. Troupe was very professional and knowledgeable of the request I had and pointed me in the right direction to get what I need to get done. The downtown Pittsburgh office are very professional and I recommend them to anyone who needs dental care!

I had Rachel and she was amazing! It felt very friendly and relaxed. Can easily be yourself. She’s understanding of dental anxiety and offers great advice for taking care of your teeth. So thankful to have come in when I did after 3 years. Didn’t feel judged at all.

Today was my first appointment as a new patient after an unpleasant number of experiences with a different company. This visit was a very positive change. Everyone from front desk to dentist and in between were all super kind and comforting. In and out quickly - facility is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend. And can’t beat that view! 😉

I had my first routine appointment at Polished’s downtown location today, and I’ve truly never felt more comfortable during a routine cleaning in my life. Michaela was very understanding when I arrived a few minutes late, Rachel did a great job at talking me through the process and was very thorough, and Dr. Rigatti was very knowledgeable in options for getting my cavity filled and teeth straightening.
