Dr. Friedman performed a root canal for me 10+ years ago and didn’t get the entire portion of the nerve removed. Recently, I was in a lot of pain and had to see an endodontist and have expensive oral surgery to remove the tip of the tooth’s root to correct this botched procedure. Dr. Friedman also slipped with the drill and nicked the enamel off of the front of a neighboring tooth. I could feel the spot where it happened and mentioned it, and she denied it. I saw another dentist later to get bonding done in that spot. Dr. Friedman then tried to sell me veneers and whitening (my teeth are already white and straight) and the assistant was behind her and shaking her head "no." I had assumed successful/good dentists were downtown because rent is high, but I was mistaken. To give credit where it’s due, I must say she did a very nice job with the crown.
