Never Smile Again Mutilated Me during extraction breaking my bridge, offering a free replacement after the screams from scraping and burning, illegally charged my insurance for the replacement they didn’t provide, then refused to give me my medical records: hippa violation. I wonder why I still have all of my front teeth after they said that all of the top ones should be replaced with experimental youtube implants: am I a cash cow, or are they crooks? You decide. A great place of caring professionals. I started with them at shadyside and then came over to the mercy office. Both offices are great!

They are very professional nice and they know how to do their job. Well, I got my tooth pulled I didn’t feel nothing I usually feel stuff I feel that I was so relieved.

Great experience here for all of my family! Some of my family went last year and I just went today for the first time. Exceptional care with great attention to detail from Bobbie. Every staff member I saw was friendly. I have never been to a dentist that showed this much care for me! Well worth the drive from Butler. Will be bringing more of my family soon.
