I made two separate appointments. The first one was canceled on me. But if you cancel one them you’re charged $50. The second one that I scheduled somebody contacted me via text message saying that they need to get some more information from me prior to my appointment. Is it of course that’s no problem. Rather than calling me they send me another text message on Thursday before my Monday appointment and say we need to hear back from you. I didn’t see that message. One came through on Friday. I heard that message go off so I responded instantly. The message was we’re going to have to cancel your appointment since we were not able to get the rest of your information. So of course I message them 30 seconds after they message me that day. I got no response. I said please don’t cancel my appointment I requested off on that day specifically for that reason. I sent that message then I sent two more. Absolutely no response! So I decided to call them. I got a voicemail that somebody would call me back right away. I left a message regarding the situation and that I would please like to be seen on Monday for my appointment that I scheduled weeks ago. No one return my calls. I was completely blatantly ignored. How disrespectful and unprofessional can one dentist office get? I’m glad I discovered all this before I spent thousands of dollars.

I’m not a big fan of dental offices (who is?). But I actually had a really great experience here today. Check in process was easy with that nice girl, Tess, from the reception. Julisa took really good care of me during my cleaning and checked in often, in case I needed a quick break. Kim was great tying everything up at the end informing me what needed done in the future & why. I’ll definitely come back here, very clean, knowledgeable & friendly.

I love this place! Been going here for almost 8 years now. I know that’s something you don’t necessarily hear about a dentist office, but everyone is so nice and accommodating. They’re very personable and they do great work. They’re like a nascar pit crew whenever it comes to getting your teeth worked on. They make sure it’s about as painless as possible and they get you out quick and efficiently. Dr. Janusz is the absolute best!

My crown was loose and South Hills Dental Arts got me in for an appointment in a few days even though I was a first time patient. The office is clean, no waiting time, very gentle in my mouth and explained my options thoroughly. I highly recommend making this dental office your dentist too!
