Dr is great. Super nice guy! Receptionists need better communication and manners. Called for a phone number to be told I don’t want the phone number because it won’t take my insurance (I didn’t ask for that i asked for the number if I wanna pay out of pocket that should be a choice I make) instead Receptionist argued with me til I got frustrated and got an attitude then she got nasty and disrespectful and gave me to the manager Receptionist lady who was even more nasty and disrespectful telling me im screaming when in reality I have an attitude because I asked for a number that was being refused to give to me because i might have to pay out of pocket instead of have insurance cover it and I got frustrated as anyone would do that’s having extreme pain in their mouth and ended the call actually screaming at them so they got the point I wasn’t yelling at first but now I am. Receptionists need to just give out what patients are asking for especially if it’s a phone number and quit trying to tell patients what they want and don’t want. Made a simple 5 second phone call into a 20 min phone call of back and forth.

These guys do great work. Especially if you’re on medicaid, I’d highly recommend this dental office. No judgement, no BS, just solid dental care in a welcoming space. Easy to get to, too.

Read the reviews and wanted to skip this place, but no one else took my insurance so I gave them a chance. Everyone was right. The receptionist is very off-putting and curt, and borderline rude. She immediately put me on hold as soon as she picked up the phone, then when she answered and I asked if she took my insurance her answer was essentially "No. Bye." And she hung up. Honestly even if they did take my insurance, this would be the last place I would consider going to
