I do not recommend. I got my braces put in here and we were making progress. I went off the college soon after getting my braces. The lead dentist told me they have to take my braces off and I have to find a new orthodontist near my campus. Even though I come back 4 times a year to Pittsburgh. Summer, spring break, thanksgiving break, and Christmas break. When I did go back to school the world shut down due to covid and I had to leave campus and come back to Pittsburgh. All that because he didn’t want to work with my schedule.

As far as the care is concerned, I think they did an excellent job with my girls. I brought in four of my daughters. They did an okay job with how they handled the scheduling. I noticed that people that had appointments after us were seen before us. Though we didn’t complain (as we saw others frustrated over the same issue), I believe it should’ve been handled better. They had 4 dental hygienist there and I was told we were pushed back so that the girls could be seen at the same time. That, of course, didn’t happen and we were 2hrs waiting. I only noticed how they were taking others ahead that was scheduled far later was when a relative that was scheduled half an hour after us (we had no idea they even came to this dentistry) was taken almost immediately after arriving. We also noted that social distancing and Covid precautions were not being adhered to. People were without masks on and shoulder to shoulder in the doorways, at the receptionist desk, and in the waiting area. They didn’t schedule in a way that would’ve alleviate overcrowding. We ended up waiting it out in the car. Other than that, I recommend this dentistry so far.

I was very anxious to go to the dentist after a ten year hiatus, mainly due to health insurance. This office was amazing: from the moment I walked in, they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I am actually looking forward to my next visit, and that is something I have never said about the dentist!

I had a great experience coming to this office. The staff has always been extremely friendly. Although I don’t like the x-ray but I like the people that are doing the x-ray and it’s great. Dr. Horn was amazing, friendly and very hospitable and also empathetic with patients. I highly recommend coming to this office. I had a great experience coming to this office. You can find a good dentist for life. Bring your family here as well.

Exceptional dental practice. Dental techs did a thorough and gentle cleaning of my teeth. Polite, cheerful, punctual, skilled and reasonably priced. Recently I broke a tooth and needed a root canal and crown. Dr Juana set me up with new tooth in no time. My crown fits perfectly and looks better than the rest of my teeth. No pain, no discomfort; what more can you ask for. A fantastic, full-service dental practice.
