Between the long waits, being unable to get through their phone line for months and never getting my voicemails returned, to the constant excuse of being understaffed, this place has gone from good to nothing. My denture appointment was canceled as I parked on their driveway and they saw me. There is lack of communication and care for patients. I had oral surgery where if I wasn’t asking questions, nothing was being communicated about aftercare, etc. They even discharged me without any gauze for the bleeding, and then were surprised when I called and told them I had bleeding from the surgery site and they asked me if I had the gauze they sent me home with and I said no. Again, long waits, cannot get a hold of anyone when calling, feeling rushed during visits, lack of communication, and last minute appointment cancellations. All this affects patient care. I will be going elsewhere once I get my current treatment finalized.

My experience is a good one. Everyone seems very nice, my visit was on time and no waiting around for the dentist once i was in the chair. the work was done excellently.

DO NOT go to this Aspen Dental for any services. They are money greedy scammers. I had multiple consultations on getting a teeth whitening done. Each time, I was reassured that the service was going to be mostly covered by my health insurance. The staff were surprised by this since it’s cosmetic, but each time I was reassured that it was going to be covered. I was NEVER NOT ONCE told that the service was not officially ran through or approved by my insurance, or was I informed that there was a waiting period to double check that it was going to be covered by my insurance. I would have more than gladly waited, but I was never given an option. At the time of service, I was guaranteed that it was going to be covered so I proceeded. Fast forward one month later, I was given a bill and am supposedly responsible for the ENTIRE cost of the service because my insurance denied it. If I would have known this, I would not have gone through the with procedure. I felt lied to and scammed. Do not trust this dentist chain and find a small business dentist to support.

From beginning to the end, my experience was SUPERB especially with the Front Desk Clerk, Ms. Angela, of the Homestead, PA location. She went Beyond the Call of Duty to serve me with the Spirit of Excellence. What I thought would be a Major Issue, she handled it with great ease! Kudos to her and Aspen Dental for their impressive dental services offered.

Wonderful treatment at the waterfront office! My visits were for complete upper and lower dentures and the dentists and staff were kind, professional and over-accomodating! They go above and beyond to assist and assure your comfort and happiness with your new smile! They are also very helpful regarding insurance and payment options if needed. I would highly recommend aspen dental! Thank you waterfront aspen dental for a wonderful experience!
