We took our daughter here for her first dental appointment and it went so well! The place was clean, kid friendly, and staff were so kind and engaging. This was a great first experience- highly recommend

Been taking my 3 kids here for 9 years. The experience has eroded considerably over the last 3 years, to the point that we have stopped seeing this dentist. Specific things to watch for: -last minute appointment cancellations (rescheduled months into the future) -appointments moved to monroeville office (be VERY cautious with this, as the two offices do NOT take the same insurance) -requests to speak to the office manager dismissed as the staff explained "we’re all managers" -request by phone to speak to the doctor was denied-- instead office staff called me -written request (delivered by mail) to speak to the doctor was ignored/denied-- instead office staff left me a voicemail (and considered the matter closed) To be clear, the dental care has always been wonderful. But the customer care and overall patient experience is unacceptable.

I have worked as a pediatric dental hygienist for 10 years and was looking for a new office for my children. This office is a wonderful dental office for kids. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new office or wanting to switch offices to give them a try. Everyone from the front desk, Dr to the hygienists were kind and very welcoming.

Hands down best dentist for kids. All staff members were so friendly. I originally called around different dentists to get my son in somewhere. The reason i choose this one was how friendly and helpful receptionist was. Once we went to appt I knew it was a great choice on how awesome the dentist was. He does what honestly needs done and doesn’t waste your money like other places we were to. Highly recommend.
