Terrible customer service! Didn't get back to me about my bill for 6 months then told me it's my responsibility to figure out why my insurance didn't work. Then she hung up on me.....

They don't seem to have any office staff. Nobody was knowledgable about my coverage and I was stuck with the whole bill. I had three or four appointments and at every one, the dentist, Jason LaRue, continually made me wait while he worked on other patients. His lack of focus resulted in two serious problems 1) anesthesia wearing off before the work was completed, and 2) more seriously, a drill bit was dropped into my mouth which made both him and the hygienist panic. Unprofessional from beginning to end.
