This kind of place is one of the reasons why insurance is so high! I went today for a cleaning. I informed the staff that I had my teeth cleaned less than a year ago and had x-rays then and could send them. They refused me treatment if I did not get the x-rays. REFUSED TREATMENT! The staff were very rude and assured me that they knew more than me. Well, I guess medicine/dentistry never changes and evolves? Wasn’t too long ago when they (dentists) were using lead based material for fillings! This place purports to be on of the best (according to Pittsburgh Magazine) in Pittsburgh. Having lived in several places all over the world, I would say then good luck Pittsburgh. Better, less rude treatment I have received in developing nations.
