Just so unprofessional i called to change my phone number to my new one and when i scheduled an appointment they called the old number to try to confirm my appointment and obviously no one answered so now i am not allowed to schedule appointments anymore so they told me i have to call to see if they have walk ins available but when i did they said they don’t do walk ins it’s just so unprofessional do not recommend

This place is Trash if you go and have a horrible experience remember this review.the only thing this place taught me is to go straight to Reviews before going anywhere so i get a clearer understanding of what I could be getting myself into.no stars And I’m sure someone at that facility is putting 5star to get their Reviews up there’s no way anyone is happy with this place.. it’s Tiny so called dentist office they couldn’t fit 10 ppl in this place comfortably Really

Okay, so back in September. I was calling to make a second cleaning appointment was told that they weren’t gonna be able to see me until December. So Told the guy who answers the phone I would be considering going to another dentistry because they always give app 2-3 months out. Unfortunately, a tooth. I had already been having issues with got worse in in late November. So I called them to make an appointment to. Be seen it was made for today at 8:30 I got there at 8 o’clock set in there for about 15 minutes. Was called up to talk to receptionists where he told me that they would not be doing any more work on my teeth. Do to me saying that I was was not happy with their services back in September. They had the audacity to wait until I got all the way to the dentist to tell me that please don’t waste yo time please they are the worse dentist office I’ve ever went to I’m sure they’re much better dentist in Pittsburgh and with better parking

The dentist are friendly that’s why they deserve one star, but the people who run the administration side freaking SUCK. I’ve warned you now. They don’t care about you or whatever is going in your life.

Two TERRIBLE experiences with this business now. The first one with a hygienist named Johanna who was very rough and refused to slow down, stop, or take needed breaks for me as someone who has extreme, diagnosed anxiety and mental health conditions. She then labeled me a "problem" and proceeded to name call and talk loudly about me to other patients in a very small office space. I then had to cancel several times for my next appointment which was to finish what started at the previous appointment due to a very personal and highly upsetting life situation. Paula said due to the fact that I had to reschedule they would no longer schedule me and i would have to try and call same day, when I offered to explain my situation or speak to the "office manager" she allegedly spoke to without ever having broken conversation with me, she abruptly hung up. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone as they clearly employ people without proper training, empathy, or care and are discriminatory and extremely unprofesional.
