I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. I know not many places take welfare insurance, but this place is not worth it. They messed up my crown and when I went back in to have them look at it, they told me I just needed to floss better. I now have to pay out of pocket at a different dentist to get this crown replaced. I also brought up a concert about having TMJ, and they literally changed the subject. Now I’m getting fitted for a mouth guard because I have stress cracks in my teeth from clenching and grinding my teeth at night. I have talked to other people who have had similar issues with them. I had no problem with the staff, I’m just disappointed in the quality of treatment and the lack of empathy.

In 2022, they would not respond to a request for an appointment. When I finally called, they told me that I didn’t pay them and they turned over my account to collections. They never reached out to me, despite having my phone number and the paperwork I had filled out in 2019 that included updating my address never never made it’s way to my account information. As it turned out they did NOT turn my account over to collections, which took me more than a week’s worth of countless phone calls to collection agencies resolve. 2023, I was caught in accident traffic and when I called to tell them I would arrive at 15 past, they told me they would not see me and I had to reschedule. 2024 (rescheduled from the 2023 event), they let me sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes and even took a patient back who arrived 10 minutes after I did and never said a word. I will not be back. Ever. I recommend you stay away from this place if you value your time. They certainly have zero respect for yours.

Bad experiences with this place. Last year I had a appointment to have teeth removed for dentures, went to appointment and dentist said he can’t do it that I need to see the other dentist so I took a day off work for nothing. Then last week I had a abcessed tooth and was in extreme pain and said they didn’t have a appointment available for a month, so i went elsewhere and they seen me same day.I recommend finding another place if you want quality care.

Originally, I was supposed to have a appointment for a root canal at the end of May. I received a text and a phone call saying that a cancelation occurred and I could have it done two days later. Yesterday, I had a root canal done on one of my molars by Dr. D. I’ve had root canals before and had a lot to anxiety going in to the appointment. As odd as it is to say, it was the best experience I have had at the dentist. Dr D discussed my medical history and allergies prior to starting. She described exactly what she was doing before placing any instrument in my mouth. She continually checked to make sure I was okay throughout and that I was feeling no pain. She assured me that I would have no pain from the needle when she injected the novocaine - she was right! Too bad she only does root canals! I can’t recommend Dr D enough!
