Huge shout out to the entire staff at Dr. Murcko’s office. Every single time that I have needed emergency services they have gone above and beyond to help me. I have been plagued with some receding gums for several years and they ad finally gotten to a point where I needed surgery to repair it. While they don’t do this surgery themselves they referred me to a surgeon who did (and HE was just as fantastic as Dr. Murcko). I also say a previous dental office who butchered a root canal that Dr. Murcko helped fix for me. And let me just say I’m very thankful! Aside from these, I HATE getting my teeth cleaned (just gives me anxiety) but the hygienist there is TOP NOTCH! She knows her stuff! Granted nothing about getting work done on my teeth is fun, but when you go to a Dentist who treats you with respect and provides quality care, it makes the visit all that much better. So, if you are looking for a new dentist I 10/10 recommend Dr. Murcko! Take charge of your care and the care of your teeth. The office may be small but here you are a person first & a patient second. Call and make your appointment today!!

I started trying to get an appointment in January and they responded to me saying “We will get back to you with a treatment plan”. I tried to call them multiple times after that and left voicemails but never heard back. Referred multiple friends who got appointments immediately and they still never got back to me, which makes me think they have a problem with me directly and I am not sure what is the reason!. Finally, I called them from another number and I was surprised they responded which makes me think they flagged my number. After being able to talk to them, I get a call saying that they decided it’s better for me to pursue treatment with another dentist. I lived in many places within the US and internationally and never seen a doctor or dentist who doesn’t care about their patients to this extent or this level of unprofessionalism. Highly recommend not even getting engaged with them.

We have been trying to get an appointment w Dr. Murcko (for my girlfriend) since THANKSGIVING 2023. Her office was to call us to schedule for a very serious procedure. Nothing. We have called and had our oral surgeon call to schedule and NOTHING. ZERO RESPONSE. I cannot express the level of disappointment I have in the lack of professionalism from this office. They know the severity of the procedures and we never got one call from them to get the plan in motion. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. Stay away from this place.
