Dr Sahlaney is sorely missed at this office. I’ve had 3 children continue their orthodontic care with Dr White and it’s overall very disappointing. Hard to get an appt, receptionist is passive aggressive and rude. You have to leave several messages for her to call you back. Took multiple tries to get retainer to fit properly, brackets not secure etc.... Main issue is how office is run, not physician competency.

Great place for orthodontic care. As an adult, I have been a patients w/ Carl for over 3 years and I only have good things to say about this place. Everyone is super kind and professional. They work with your schedule (even when you forget you had an appointment!) and make sure you are taken care of. It is centrally located at the South Hills Village Mall, which makes it super convenient to run errands after. Dr. Carl is friend with my dentist at Steliotes Spa and they discussed together some of the action plans before I started my invisalign treatment which made me feel more comfortable with the plan we had chosen. I highly recommend their office to anyone!

Dr. White and staff were amazing. They were able to answer all questions and made me feel more comfortable during my appointment! The front desk woman was also very helpful and was able to get me in for my visit sooner than any other office in area. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible place since Dr. White took over. Do not recomend anyone go there ever. Staff gets treated horribly by Jill at the front desk in front of patients and the doctor does nothing. Jill keeps changing her name and on the website and this time she feels she wants to be called Anna. Seeing she changed her hair to blonde recently from brown she is still Jill. She also steals off of patients. This place shouldnt even be open.

Do not recomend going here. It’s a shame. Jack Sahlaney is an amazing orthodontist but since Dr. White took over things are terrible. Front desk Jill is very rude. It seems they have lost over 5 assistants this year due to Jill. I have seen the way she treats her patients there and how the staff has been treated. Do not recomend Dr. White to anyone. Seek treatment somewhere else.
