I moved to a new location so I needed a dentist office. First time I waited for over an hour just for them to tell me they didn’t know where their dentist was. They had been calling but they didn’t get an answer. I had to reschedule That appointment. Okay fine I understand things happen. Well since that date I have made 3 more appointments and only have been seen once. They canceled 3 of the 4 appointments that I made. The last 2 appointments They called the day of my appointment to reschedule. Canceling me for a 4 pm for my husband and a 4:30 for myself all in the same day. I rescheduled for today. Well guess what? They called again today to reschedule. They ask me If I couldn’t come now and if I couldn’t then I would need to reschedule my 4:30 appointment. It was around 1 pm when they told me that. I told them I had scheduled late appointments because I work until 4. That they called and cancelled my last appointment 4 days ago and gave me this one. You don’t call a person twice within a week and reschedule. These where dates and times they told me where available. I even offered to come at 3pm. She said that would still be to late. I’m just going to take a business elsewhere. My husband daughter and I will no longer go to this dentist. This company is not reliable and will cancel on you time and time again

Got there at 2:45 and I didn’t leave until 6:15, all I needed was one filling done! Not to mention they gave me so much nova cane that I threw up and was nauseous all day. I used to love this place then they got new management and all they seem to care about is the money. They double book apt times bc they think ppl are gunna cancel. There was 3 other people in the waiting rm with the same apt time as me. If you go here plan to waste your time for at least 2 hrs.

Very incompetent front office. They are liars, everyone promises to call you back no one ever does. Almost 4 months waiting for an authorization every week I call they tell me my insurance made a mistake. When in reality it was Joy or Bernice or some other incompetent front office worker. Joy actuallysent me the authorization letter that was supposed to go to yhe insurance. When I called her she said the post office must have sent it to me because it opened. When I told her the letter was stamped from her office she put me on hold and never came back. Bernice needs to retire, she yhe female version off Mr Magoo. The other 2 clowns who give themselves title are like dumb and dumber times 10. It’s a miracle this place is still in business. They can’t even be honest about there hours of operation. They suck all the way around. I gave them one star because they don’t have negative star.

Very poor service. Twice I had to reschedule because they were running an hour late. On the third attempt to have a tooth filled, I was given novacaine and the dentist disappeared for half an hour . I walked out. They book too many patients for one dentist so expect poor service and expect to run late. As for the Bob Miller review calling me a "loser", maybe he should go back to school and learn how to spell.

Everyone was really nice, not to mention for ONCE the dentist asked me what I wanted to do about the problem, save the tooth or pull it, and since my request was reasonable they went with it. I had never been happier at the dentist. The wait was no issue, as there was none, and twice now they took me within the hour for an emergency. Literally switching my insurance so I can continue going there.
