She told me she would not use a needle on my granddaughter and when they took her in the room they wouldnt allow me in the room and she used the needle on her after she said she wouldnt. All the staff is very confrontational. My granddaughter is supposed to get work done on her teeth tomorrow hoping and praying this all goes well.

I Was Highly Unimpressed. I Know I Was Spoiled When I Was Young, Because My Dentist Was Awesome! However I Found The Front Office Staff To Be Slightly Confrontational. The Staff We Saw In the Exam Room, Were Not Much Better.

Would suggest getting a second opinion. After being pushed into getting my child scheduled to go under anesthesia for 4 cavities I went and got a second opinion. Without telling the next dentist about the supposedly 4 cavities he had the other dentist told me that my son had only 1 cavity on a baby tooth that would soon fall out, no need to fill it. When I told him about the procedure he even brought up the X-ray and looked over it again with me just to make sure he didn’t miss something. Dr. Brandes office is about making money.

Great pediatric dentist. She was so good with the kids, and eased my daughters nervousness about needing half a fake front tooth due to an accident, and made my 4 year old son feel safe to sit there and be looked at!
