Everyone was very friendly and took their time during the appointment. Some places feel like they rush through so they can get to the next patient but it wasn’t the case here. Everything was explained clearly and any questions about cost for things outside of insurance coverage was discussed immediately so there were no surprises.

I was very impressed with Poleski Family Dentistry. The office was very clean. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve wracking, but the staff is so nice that it takes away some of the nerves. Shoutout to Lauren for being the best dental hygienist I ever had. She took the time to explain everything she did, and even made friendly conversation to distract you from the cleaning. Dr. Poleski was very polite and had a smile on his face from the moment you met him. He took the time to listen to your concerns and offered multiple suggestions to your concerns. I’m so glad to finally have found a dentist that is so welcoming and gentle. I highly recommend Poleski Family Dentistry.

I am very pleased following my visit to Poleski Family Dentistry this week. From the absolute angel who scheduled an emergency appointment for me, to the sweet technician who greeted me and took X-rays, to Dr. Poleski himself who gently explained my tooth situation, I felt very, very cared for. I arrived feeling stressed (there were a few tears), but by the time I left, things were much different. Dr. Poleski patiently answered all of my questions and sent me on my way with a treatment plan that made sense to me. I am grateful to be a patient at this practice. Everyone is so kind. They just want to help!

I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken in for a checkup and cleaning right away. Melissa did a great job on my cleaning and x-rays. Dr Ken caught something on the xrays that may need attention in the near future. Great visit.

My dentist visit was great! I was taken back right at my appointment time, and after getting my X-rays taken, I had a relaxing teeth-cleaning done expertly by my hygienist. Dr. Poleski came in to review the results of my X-rays and my gum recession report with me, and then I was on my way. See you in six months!
