Gregory S. Peterson DMD

TL;DR: A mouth guard provided by this dentist is causing me pain years later. Also, greg and his staff aren’t nice to eachother or certain patients. Services are skipped and rushed. I paid for a custom mouth guard by Greg’s reccomendation because I was grinding my teeth at night. They use something like clay to take an impression of the top and bottom of your teeth. Well the lady who did my impressions said she was only familiar with teaching dentistry and didn’t have that much experience. She was quite nervous doing the impression and had to retry it a few times. Listening to the instructions of her coworker I could tell she wasn’t doing it right. (you have to lift the mold up or down out of the teeth before trying to take it out of the mouth, the newer lady was just trying to pull it out of my mouth). So the mouth guard came in and I mentioned something to greg about how it didn’t feel like it fits right. I think greg took offense as he kept replying to my concerns with statements about my imperfect teeth. Each time I came back for a teeth cleaning they asked if the could skip various services included with a teeth cleaning because they didn’t have time for me. Ultimately I stopping going back because of they way greg and the staff treated me. Couple years later two of my teeth are touching and causing pain and wearing against each other. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Allison, Dr. Miller, and the whole team is amazing. I searched for a dentist for a while that I was comfortable with and since I found the team at Gregory Peterson DMD, I have not left. I highly recommend their dental services. Very professional and most importantly they make me feel comfortable and I don’t leave there with my mouth hurting like my past provider! Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with my recent visits. My cleaning was a long appointment because it was my first visit. They definitely seem to go above and beyond what a normal dentist does. I had a cavity performed recently by another dentist that has been causing me issues and they scheduled an appointment right away to have it fixed. It was by far the best experience (during and afterwards) I have ever had for a cavity. Thank you, Victoria and Dr. Miller!

I tried to post this review don’t know if I did it right so here I go again. This office has a great and friendly staff. Everyone is so pleasant. Allison does excellent job in cleaning and taking care of my teeth. Natalie is so efficient in her job of insurance claims and appointments. She is sooo organized. Last but not least Dr. Peterson is so good at his job . Fillings ,caps taking care of my gums. I’m not getting any younger and I am so grateful when my dentist says "you have nice teeth."

I would give my experience at yesterday’s appointment a full five stars. The girl who did my cleaning was very friendly and made the experience of going to the dentist much more bearable, if not pleasant even. As a new hire I think she will be a great addition for the office. As for Dr. Peterson, he was friendly as always and giving me no bad news about my mouth always helps. The receptionist is also always very friendly which gives everything a comfortable feel from the start. I have been visiting Dr. Peterson’s office for years and plan on continuing to do so.
