I made cleaning appointments for all of my family. I was told we would be charged $23 for each, although the copay should be $0 according to the insurance plan (Concordia Plus). They canceled the appointments when I told them they were breaking the rules. Unprofessional office. I notified the insurance company.

My latest appointment was good, although I have sticker shock at what I am being billed for a crown. It’s been a long time since I had to get a crown and didn’t realize how expensive crowns have gotten.

Dr Mowry took me right away for a chipped tooth, installed a temporary crown and in less than 2 weeks put in the permanent crown. I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort from either procedure and the crown feels like a regular tooth. Even the temporary crown felt like a normal tooth. I would recommend Dr Mowry and his staff for any dental procedure you may need. I have been going to him for almost 20 years and have been extremely satisfied in all the procedures and cleanings I have had from him.
