The only improvement i can suggest is to provide emergency services outside of normal office hours...I had an 8 day toothache and would have cooperated with any time or location to see the Doctor... however once i was able to visit the Fox Chapel office, everything was 5 star... polite, professional and informative...thank you

The support staff and the Dentist were very courteous and good at their individual jobs/roles. The office was very clean a d everyone followed Covid Principles to decrease infection risks. The Root Canal I had done was without significant pain. I was given explanations as the procedure proceeded. Particularly the Dental Technician kept asking me during the procedure-"Are you doing okay?" I was able to easily get an appointment in a reasonable time even with the Covid Issues and being a new patient. I would highly recommend the facility to orhers.

Very professional. I was told exactly what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. They were excellent at their work. It did not hurt at all and they were very fast and their work on my tooth canal was done with precision. I would highly recommend them
