I made both my daughters cleaning 6 months in advance and for the second time they said they didn’t have a hygienist and I would be out in the back of the line in the end of October which wouldn’t be a 6 month it would be a YEAR! Found a new dentist not far away for my daughters’. They were great 2 years ago and downhill since.

I was seen a few years ago, and I knew I had one bad tooth. After my first appointment I was told they could fill a few cavities, but that four of my teeth needed root canals. I told them I couldn’t afford it ($7000). So they told me they could pull them (close to $1000). I didn’t feel good about getting my teeth pulled, so I managed to get in to Catholic charities dental office. By the time I got seen by them, the tooth that I knew was bad was unable to be fixed and I got it pulled. But they told me my other three teeth were fine. Like there was nothing wrong with them. Just seems a little fishy is all.

Very pleasant cleaning. Staff is always more than kind, and explain procedures and billing options clearly. Dr Dan is the best! Thank you all for helping me keep my smile healthy.

Just became a new patient and the office is AMAZING! Love Dr. Dan! Everyone from front to back were amazing, friendly and explained things in detail! The treatment coordinator went over my plan and my benefits, what my cost would be and he broke it down so it was easy to understand! They also gave me options for treatment! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Dan and this practice to anyone looking for a new Dentist!

Don’t waste your time here. I’ve never had an issue with the hygienists who cleaned my teeth. However, my issue lies with Dr. Dan. He tends to be pretty rough when he’s drilling and filling cavities. There were times where I felt like he was purposefully trying to hurt me. I’ve had plenty of cavities filled in the past by other dentists and I’ve never had long lasting pain from those procedures. However, I’ve had several cavities filled by Dr. Dan and every single time I’ve left with severe nerve pain that caused major headaches that lasted for weeks. My most recent experience, I went in to get my permanent crown on and the hygienist and Dr. Dan both had a hard time prying it off and they had to use a special tool to get it off. But the pain hurt too bad that they decided to numb me. However, when Dr. Dan went to inject me with a numbing solution, he practically spilled half the solution onto my face and into my hair. Later when he was working in my mouth I could feel a lot of pain. He could also tell that I was in pain from the constant wincing. But he continued until I had to verbally yell "stop!" And then he says to me " it seems like you’re in pain. Are you still numb?" Or something to that nature. I was so disgusted because clearly I was in pain as evidenced by my constant tensing of my body, clenching my fists, throwing my hands up in pain, and tears running down my face. So clearly the numbing solution was not doing its job if it was even administered correctly. Which as stated above, he spilled about half the solution down my face. But of course since I avoid confrontation at all costs, I just said I’m supposed to be numb and yes I feel pain. He continued and finally finished. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough. And to top it all off, they had left residue from the cementing agent on my face. Didn’t clean it off and let me walk out of the office with cement all over my face. Who does that?!! This last experience was the final straw and I will never go back to this place ever again!
