This was my first visit to the dental office. The staff, as well as the doctors, were kind and professional, and I felt comfortable. They answered all my questions and I was not surprised by the doctors findings since I have had a history of dental issues. I’m quite pleased with this dental office and look forward to getting my dental treatments in the future.

Everyone from the time I signed in until I got to the project manager or the manager of the facility everyone was fantastically great. They heard my complaint they dealt with my pain they didn’t waste any time taking care of me. But there’s one person in particular that I praise extremely highly her name was Nicole Lincoln. She put my mind my pain in my heart had total ease knew every single question how to answer how to make it under for me to understand it without hesitation of what was on her mind to take care of me. One of the best times that I’ve had in my life at any dentist that I’ve ever went to. to operations manager Nicole Lincoln, SHE WAS THE TOPS. SHE GAVE ME ALL MY LUNCH NEEDS AND THE THINGS THAT I DESIRE TO HEAR WITHOUT HESITATION THIS OPERATIONS MANAGER ISLAND EVER MET

Two months of my life wasted trying to work with these people. In February I booked an initial appointment for myself and my husband. We needed a dentist that’s open on Saturdays since we both work M-F. Everything seemed fine at first, though I wasn’t a fan of the fact that they had an outside “scheduling service” that set up appointments for them, rather than an in-house employee that did the scheduling directly. However, the first booking went fine, so we were both able to be seen on the same day. What we DIDN’T have explained to us in advance is that they first visit is just a “consultation” where they take X-rays and tell you everything that they think needs to be done, but don’t actually perform any cleaning services. I thought this was very odd, as every dentist I’ve ever been to does cleanings first and foremost, and then will do X-rays as an “add-on” service if you request it or if they see a specific need to do so. This place just hopped right into the X-rays first thing. They told us that we both needed cleanings and some fillings, and that my husband needed a special prescribed toothpaste. We received none of these services at this appointment, not even the prescription (which seemed like it should have been an easy thing to fulfill same-day, but I guess not) - we were just told we needed them, then sent on our way. We had to call that same outside scheduling service to book the follow ups for another time. I managed to get myself and my husband booked again (and was looking forward to ACTUALLY getting my teeth cleaned this time). We had to book different Saturdays since they didn’t have two appointments in the same day like last time. I took the first one, thinking I’d get everything done and report back to my husband about how it went before his appointment. Well, turns out, cleaning and fillings are considered to be two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT appointment types. The lady at the front desk told me I had to choose one to be done that day, and schedule the other for a different time. This is already my second time in the office in the span of a month, and now I’m being told I’ll need a third appointment to actually get all this stuff done. Meanwhile, the person I spoke to at the scheduling service told me that I’d be able to do both the cleaning and the fillings on the same day. Horrible communication and schedule management all around. But, whatever, I decided I wanted the cleaning first and that the fillings could wait a little longer. Except while I was standing there hashing this out with the receptionist, the lady who does the cleanings (apparently there’s only ONE person capable of conducting cleanings in this ENTIRE office) comes to the desk and basically says “too bad, I don’t want to do any more cleanings today.” Right in front of me, completely unprofessional. The receptionist then says my only option would be to get the fillings done today and do the cleanings at a different time. Which wouldn’t be a Saturday because the hygienist “doesn’t normally work on Saturdays” and was only there that day to get caught up on some things (it’s a wonder she’s so behind given this company’s stellar record with scheduling and time management). So I had to settle for a Monday evening cleaning appointment, which is supposedly coming up in May. I’ll be cancelling it though, because of our latest experience. My husband’s appointment came around. I let him know in advance that it’d only be a filling, not a cleaning, and told him he’d probably have to remind them about the prescription toothpaste they said he needed but never actually gave him a prescription for. We both went into the office and he gave the receptionist his name… and surprise surprise, he wasn’t on their schedule for that day. No cleaning, no filling, nothing. The person at the scheduling service had completely neglected to schedule him at all (and THIS is why you should never use third-party scheduling services). We were shown no empathy or understanding, just a “too bad for you” attitude from the front desk. Absolutely will not be back!

Aspen Dental was the best experience. The staff was kind and compassionate and very competent. They could not have been better. I went there on an emergency basis. I had lost my crown on my front tooth. They moved heaven and earth to provide me with a temporary so I could enjoy Christmas. I was so impressed. They get 5 stars from me.
