Every time I have gone to Dr. Giovannitti there is always a problem. He mistakenly gave me a filling when I needed a root canal of which caused me to be in an extreme amount of pain. When I got a root canal he gave me a filling instead of a crown to protect the tooth. This cause my tooth to literally break in half. The receptionist was rude and always got annoyed when she had to contact my insurance for a claim. All the dental hygienists I’ve seen were all very nice. The only thing they are good at is cleaning teeth.

Very accomodating with my low pain threshold - managed to make it as free of pain as possible, including the initial anesthetic injections, which is the worst part (at least for me). For instance, they let the topical sit long enough to take effect (many don’t bother with that simple step) before giving me the shots in the gums. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure, as I did last time I was here. In short, if pain is your concern, this is a good option. Also, the friendly staff make it a nicer experience.

I’ve been visiting his office for a number of years now. My aunt was a patient of his and gave me the recommendation. His office and clinical staff are the warmest and friendliest. Dr. G., himself is amazing. Honestly I feel at ease and comfortable while in the dentist chair. He takes his time and his work is art. In all of my years going there I have not had a bad experience. If you are looking for an amazing dentist then this guy does not disappoint !

I can’t say enough about Dr. Giovannitti and his staff (Lois and Linda to name a few). In all my 40 plus years of seeing a dentist he is by far the most professional, kind, clean and accommodating dentists office I’ve been in. I have been seeing Dr. Giovannitti for years now and so have my family. I recommend him to everyone I know who may be looking for a good dentist. My employee uses him as well traveling all the way from the West End. Thank you Doc for doing such a great job on my teeth and taking care of my wife and kids as well.
