I wouldnt go to this office if ALL my teeth hurt! I hear the dentist is excellent but his receptipnist is very rude and unprofessional. I called to vecome a new patient she informed me they were nit accepting them at this time. I asked could she refer me to one of his colleagues she said no i dont kbiw what insurance you have. She didnt bother to ask whst my problem was or what my insurance was just rushed me off thr phone. With a attitude like that she won’t be getting any new patients ehich is a shame cause i hear he is very good.

Woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and condescending.Too bad her rudeness cost them a ton of money as me and my entire family needed work to be done, and even my coworkers were looking for good oral surgeon for work needing to be done. She really needs to learn how to listen to a patients concern before constantly interrupting them and being condescending. She wouldn’t let me finish a single sentence. Maybe it’s time for them to retire if they have no interest in listening to a concern, especially when I was trying to be as nice as I could about it. If I ever hear someone looking for an oral surgeon, I will let them know to steer clear of this place.

He is the most unprofessional oral surgeon in the entire state. Him and his dental assistant were both extremely rude to me. I was set to have my wisdom teeth removed. We were using novacane. He injected the first shot into my mouth, went to do the second and because I flinched he threw his instruments down and said no. That he was only going to do it with anesthesia and that takes 3 more weeks. I said I was fine with the needle and he refused to do the service. My face was numb for no reason and he wouldn’t listen wasn’t empathetic at all in any way.

Terrible place. I made a appointment a year ago to get my wisdom teeth out you’re supposed to get a call the day before surgery to tell you to fast, and all that i never got a phone call. Called them the day i was supposed to get my teeth out the lady seemed to remember me and when i told her i never got that call i can tell she didn’t remember to put my appointment in or whatever it was she didn’t do something right and i could tell. I ended up loosing my insurance shortly after this. Fast forward a year and a half about i finally got insurance. I called to make another appointment. The lady told me they only see people one time EVER. I’m like.. What???? Lol are you kidding me? I explained everything above and she continued to have a attitude with me. Saying they only pay for x-rays one time lol my dentist already did x-rays and YOU don’t pay for them my insurance does but ok. I daid can my dentist send you my x-rays? No that’s hippa. Lol ok but the place I’m getting my teeth done now at had my dentist office send my x-rays to them lol. I’m extremely mad. I don’t usually do these review things but i feel like this was necessary. If you’re in pain, and really, really need your teeth pulled stay away from here. They could care less. Idk what they care about but it’s definitely not the patients.

I was in the chair to get teeth pulled, he talked me into sedation. I had to wait for my insurance to approve it. I was approved, and the stupid woman would not schedule me until she received her own copy of the approval. I was in so much pain, they didnt care. Finally 4 wks later, I get 5 teeth pulled, get 12 pain pills, and I was suffering. I called, no one would answer. I drove there, they said take advil. He demolished my mouth. There are bone chunks trying to come out because he didnt take his time. This place is a racket. They mess you up and then the rude receptionist screens calls and wont answer for you. Run! Dont go here please! I promise you will suffer!!! The guy that said they have no bed side manners said it best! Calling the better business bureau and alerting my insurance company. I hope they stop hurting people.
