All these bad comments about Diane I never had a problem with her. She’s always nice to me. I love the whole staff. I would never go anywhere else for oral surgery. Dr Defrancesco is the most gentle doctor.

The staff was amazing. Diane was so helpful and thoughtful about setting everything up and the DeFrancescos really made me at home. If anyone was worried about any sort of dental surgery , I’d 100% recommend scheduling an appointment here. :::3

I agree with the front end comments. I was given a time for my appointment and then day of I was called and asked where I was. I said my appointment wasn’t for an hour and I was treated like I did something wrong even though she did. I told her about it when I rushed to get there being told I had to be there in 9 minutes or I couldn’t be seen! I almost didn’t go, but I had a broken tooth and it had to be extracted. I am so glad I went. The doctor was AMAZING. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I’m so glad I made the decision to go! I would recommend the doctor to anyone! Don’t let the front desk scare you!!! It’s worth getting past the not so nice, fairly incompetent front desk to get fantastic treatment!

Joseph DeFrancesco and Mary Lou were very helpful and nice! But Diane was one of the nastiest and most rude coordinators I have ever come by. From jump she was rude, impolite, dismissive and arrogant. I almost did not even want to come in for a consoltation because she was so nasty to me, but I did despite my experience on the phone with her. DeFransceso assured me 100% I would only ever have to get my top two wisdom teeth removed, and since I was paying out of pocket for the prosedure, I was only trying to do the bare minimun and get my exsiting problem resolved. As I was cashing out to leave, Diane insited that I get all four removed, of which I replied that I only needed the top two removed so I didn’t want to spend an additional grand on the other two for practically no reason. She kept pushing it making me feel like she was just out to get my money because DeFransceso assured my I wouldn’t need to get the bottom removed. DeFransceco told me my mother could call if she had any questions because she might be a helpul hand in paying for the surgery. She got Diane instead who was also rude to her. And told my mother that I was bartering them all to get the cheapest price. When I was just trying to get what was necessary handled first. She said I was Niave and too young and scared to understand. And lied to my mother saying that all four of my wisdom teeth were impacted when she knew very well that only 2 were. Needless to say, she was presumming to say I was naive because I am a little younger and just being a pusher on getting the most money out of me and my family. I went to the office today to speak with DeFransesco on her behavior and lies and got her instead. Who denied everything and continued to yell at me saying you can’t just walk in here like this and good luck filling a report "because we are all family here" I will be taking my services elsewhere just because of this women and how uncomfortable she has made me and my family feel. It would not shocked me to see that others do the same because of this nasty women who has no business working in a customer service position. I have also filled a complaint on her with a home office who will start and investigation.
