I called for an appointment for a bad tooth. I ask if they accepted my insurance with a reply I had to contact my insurance company and call the dentist office back in which I did. This was Mat 10, 2023. When I gave the very rude receptionist the information her reply was the dentist can see you June 9, 2023. You mean I have to wait a month with this toothache? Again a rude tone was well if we get a cancellation, we’ll call you. Very I’ll mannered unsympathetic to a patient with several health issues attempting to get relief for a toothache that everyone at some point has experienced the excruciating pain t can generate. Vert very rude personnel. Called around and got an appointment with another dentist.

Needed 14 cavities filled. Dr Cynthia did them all in a few visits. 4 years later, no issues with any of them. Excellent staff. Good prices.
