The staff is always pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mortimer did my braces back in the 90’s and myself, along with my parents were very satisfied with the work that was done. The office now services my children and I am happy with the work that has been completed as well. I trust them fully and would highly recommend them for orthodontist services.

We were visiting from Idaho for a couple of months and when my son’s bracket broke off they got us right in! Dr Chou was very kind and helpful in cutting the wire that was poking him. She even filed down the wire that was left so it wouldn’t be sharp. The secretary was so kind and helpful. Everyone in the office is kind and friendly. They are awesome!

Everything was wonderful. Very pleasant staff. It was my sons first appointment to get his braces on. Everyone made the experience very easy and comfortable. Everything was explained very well. The doctor & Julie were both phenomenal. Julie was very informative as well.
