The staff here from the front desk to the orthodontic technicians, to Dr. Capozzi herself are nothing but friendly, professional, and welcoming. This office excels at being transparent and helpful when planning and executing orthodontic treatment. The office has implemented dental scanning that allows the doctor to see the progress made and monitor the mouth under treatment for any issues in between appointments. I have two children in treatment now, and likely soon a third, and can absolutely recommend this office for orthodontic care.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Capozzi, Orthodontist, in Harrison City! The whole office is great, everyone is very warm and patient (I know we are a pain when it comes to making appointments!), always courteous and friendly, often fun. Doc and the techs truly care and explain everything elaborately and kind, there are incentives for brushing! They have snacks and coffee in the lobby (always a big plus in my book lol) and encourage everyone on their way out to grab some, so you don’t feel awkward! Braces just came off today and Abby got a treat bag with “all the stuff she wasn’t allowed to eat with the braces on” it was just the cutest thing! We were lucky enough to have the insurance pay for 75% of the treatment, but let me tell you, they’re worth every penny!!! ❤️🙌😁
