I contacted The Dentistry because they offer IV sedation and I needed to have a procedure done. They were able to fit me in very quickly for an appointment; that’s the only positive that I am able to offer. The x-ray process took an unusually lengthy amount of time - equipment wasn’t working, the tech needed help from the front desk associate to get the captures, and they stated that they still hadn’t gotten a good x-ray of the area that needed a filling replaced. The dentist then came in, looked at the x-rays and told me that he could fix the filling, but that if there was still pain afterward, then perhaps the tooth was broken and would need further work. After stating that I just wanted the tooth to be removed, he told me that it would be hard to get someone in to provide the sedation for just my procedure - ??? Why offer this treatment as an option if you are unable to provide the service? Upon leaving, they gave me a referral form - with the wrong tooth marked for extraction.

My first time there and I really like the atmosphere there. Courtney was amazing, super kind and gentle. I can say it was a great experience from my last dental experience at Aspen which wasn’t very good. Highly recommend.
