Waited an entire month for my Dentist appointment that got cancelled without my knowing so when the day came and I took off work to go to the Dentist they told me the Doctor wasn’t in and I wouldn’t be seen. Definitely will find a new Dentist that’s ridiculous.

Called to find out about an extraction and whether or not they take my insurance. Told the woman what my insurance was and she said no and immediately hung up. My next question would have been about how much out of pocket an extraction costs, but they were not even professional enough to stay on the line to discuss. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Called for an appointment but because my grandson has united health care...she said they have quotas and they have met that one. Never heard of such nonsense in my life. Shame on you
