Great group!! I’ve felt welcomed my first visit everyone is so polite caring and go out of their way for me even as a first time patient I had an emergency and they took me in that day and fixed it no fault of theirs just an old bond but I really love going there and if you are like me afraid of going they will put your mind at ease!! Can’t wait for my next visit!! God bless all of you

My experience with my hygienist and the doctor was a 5 star. They were prompt, friendly, and thorough. I gave 4 stars because the times of my appointments for my son and myself were changed without me knowing. I had scheduled these 6 months ago and I was never notified that the times changed so therefore, my son missed his appointment. He arrived too late for his 4:00 appointment (arrived at 3:40) and now can’t be seen for another 4 months (unless we took the one day that was offered which my son has obligations that day). The front office never apologized for the mistake. My hygienist was so kind, even offering to clean his teeth but the office staff said they would all have to stay late if she stayed late. I felt I deserved a simple apology for the lack of communication.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Jim yesterday 12/19. Although my diagnosis was disheartening, he gently told me of the treatment plan he had made and made sure to go into detail about what would happen along the way, what specialists I would see in addition to himself and all in all made me feel better about what was initially very daunting. Paula, Dr Jim’s assistant, was very soothing and knowledgeable which calmed my nerves tremendously. Each member of the staff is caring and kind, which is rare these days! I recommend Greater Pittsburgh Dental to everyone who mentions that they need a dentist or a procedure that they need to have done and will continue to do so. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for Greater Pittsburgh Dental, Dr.Jim and Paula especially! Julia Hunt 😁
