Aspen Dental

Got an appointment quickly, doctor gave me options, I picked one, and we moved forward. No sense in saving teeth that were going to fall out, as compared to another doctor who wanted to replace a crown instead of pulling the tooth even though I voiced my wishes. They went over the cost with me that day and are going to do the procedure within a week. They also knew my insurance benefits and what insurance would pay and what it would cost me. Staff was also pleasant and were able to answer my questions

Wonderful experience, my 16 yo son had his wisdom teeth removed and the nursing staff and the physician took time to explain everything, plus they were all very attentive, hospitable, and caring. I also believe the surgeon provided his personal cell number, although I can’t be absolutely sure because we’ve had no reason to call. A 10/10 rating for sure! Aspen Dental, Belle Vernon, PA…

I needed a tooth pulled and was recommended to this place. Of course l was nervous. They have a very good staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. The dentist that pulled my tooth was very kind and gentle and told me what to expect each step of the way. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental in Belle Vernon, PA.

Went to the Aspen dental in Belle Vernon pa. Great staff and the dentist who was on today was excellent. I’m not a fan of the dentist, not for the normal reasons but they never wanna focus on what you as the patient need. The Aspen dental Belle Vernon staff though are right on par they listen, service was excellent I was in 20 minutes early they ended up taking care of all my needs today. Just a good office there

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Over the weekend I called their customer support to schedule an appointment because my crown came out. The representative said they would be able to repair it. My appointment was at 9 am this morning ( when they open). I drove 45 minutes to get there and I was 10 minutes late. I was not able to call because they were not open. The woman at the from desk told me they may not be able to take me because I was 10 minutes late and that I should have been there 15 minutes before my appointment. I explained to her that it would have not been possible for me to get there 15 minutes early because the only open at 9 and that I just drove 45 minutes to get there. I was very polite however this woman must have had a bad day because with a smirk on her face she said “ well what are you here anyway for “ I explained my crown came out and it just needed to be re cemented. She told me even if I was seen they wouldn’t be able to do it because I was scheduled just for a cleaning to establish care. I asked to speak with the dentist and again she got rude with a smile on her face. Never will I ask Aspen dental for help again or will I ever recommend them. I asked to be seen for my crown and they scheduled me for a cleaning. Then I was treated poorly by this woman all because he team gave me the wrong information. Walk ins and emergencies posted on their websites is a lie.
