I did not appreciate being pushed to get X-rays that I felt I didn’t need. I understand they feel it is important to get them every year, but I do not agree and just want to get my teeth cleaned in peace. I had no pain and no evident cavities and did not want to spend the money for X-rays and did not wish to be harassed about it by my hygienist and then my dentist and then again by my hygienist. And then even afterwards pushed to consider getting an expensive and unnecessary panoramic xray next time in addition to the regular X-rays which I did not wish to get. Also my hygienist was new and not very good with my cleaning. Complained that she had to keep reminding me to open my mouth wider and suggested I did not get enough sleep the night before. I have a physical fatigue condition which affects this. I told her I had that condition before she began. Regardless, it is her job to clean my teeth and not complain about it. And if I pay someone to clean my teeth I do not want to be harassed about getting X-rays which I do not wish to get, regardless of their professional opinion. Mentioning it is fine and encouraging it is also fine, but to push me about it 3 times in a rebuking kind of way is out of line and then to push the panoramic xray after I already denied the regular xray is way out of line. However, my dentist, Dr Tan, is wonderful and gentle and has helped solve my family’s teeth problems for years without causing pain when giving shots and is very good.

I wished there was a no star option. Brought my 3 year old daughter here because they told me they had a pediatric dentist.. parents aren’t allowed back with the kids.. I get it they act differently.. I could hear my child screaming for them to stop down the hall and thru the door. They tell me after about 4 visits that they need to refer her to a different pediatric office. I find my own. They do their own x-rays, since this office didn’t forward my daughters records as requested... her caps are not seated properly, one of her teeth was drilled in to from them capping another tooth, almost to the root of the tooth... 100% no satisfied at all.

Said my insurance website was down and told me I would have to pay for my cleaning. Decided against rescheduling. I wouldn’t recommend even washing your hands in their restroom. It is NASTY!

Been going to today’s family dentistry for quite some time and they have always been nice and willing to work with me, never liked dentist’s at all till I started going here

Scheduled an appointment with them for a tooth extraction. Arrived and they received me , but go on to tell me once I’m in there that they won’t be able to do it till the next morning. After I had clearly talked to getting it done that morning. Still took x-rays and proceed to charge me after them. I wouldn’t mind paying out of pocket for everything as long as it had been done that morning. If they would’ve let me known before going in that they’re dentist wasn’t able to do the procedure, it would of been great and I could go on somewhere else.
