Great first visit! I had filled out forms online, and didn’t have to do anything but walk in and was called back within minutes. The receptionist, dentist, hygienist and insurance pro were all very friendly. Wonderful experience start to finish.

Unprofessional and rude. Couldn’t receive proper assistance because receptionist just wanted to laugh at me instead of just helping. Bethany (or close- was easy to forget name) needs retraining on how to speak and talk to others. This is unacceptable from grown adults.

My husband, myself and my granddaughter have been using Dr. Connell for about 3 1/2 years and absolutely love her and her staff. Everyone is unfailingly kind, friendly and accommodating. My granddaughter is six and has some anxiety issues but she looks forward to her dental appointments! We could not recommend them more!

Very professional, I always feel welcome and comfortable whenever I arrive. Making you comfortable is at top of there list along with being kind and giving you a great smile at the end I never want change dentist’s, my recent root canal I just had I didn’t feel a thing no discomfort. Since 2008 I’ve always recommended them and always will.

TOTALLY SATISFIED!! I’ve been using Anniston Dental Group for more than 15+ years and have had nothing but the best service. The two receptionist Stephanie and Denise both have great customer service, not to mention my hygienist Emily who is very thorough when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Karen Connell and all the dental assistants that work along with her are just as amazing! Dr. Connell is very artistic when it comes to making your smile look GREAT!! Thank you Anniston Dental Group for making me feel welcomed and I really appreciate the service rendered to me an my family over the years!! Keep up the good work😃😃
