For top-notch customer service and patient satisfaction in an office, Madison Family Dentist Care is the ultimate choice. I recently relocated and was loyal to my former dentist for 17 years, even driving three hours for appointments. However, when scheduling a quick visit for my husband, I stumbled upon this gem. Cheyenne, the receptionist, impressed me with her professionalism, leading me to give them a chance. As a stickler for dental hygiene, I was anxious, but Ms. Brittni, my hygienist, surpassed all expectations with her thorough and patient care. Despite my long-standing loyalty elsewhere, I’ve decided to stick with Mrs. Brittni moving forward. The office ambiance is also soothing, making it easy to forget I’m at the dentist’s office. 10/10, highly recommended!

Conveniently located on Palmer road and tucked in behind the gas station is a gem of a dental service. I had zero wait time and the people were all very friendly and using the latest technology. Very clean and spacious lobby with free water and coffee. They are very quick and explained everything clearly.

I’ve been a patient of this office for over 10 years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the professionalism, communication, and services. All hygienists I’ve had do an excellent job with meticulous cleaning, and I truly feel comfortable during my visit. Recently I’ve had Brit (or Britney?) as a hygienist and have ENJOYED my dental appointments! If you’re looking for a friendly place with quality service, don’t hesitate to reach out to them!
