My wife went there the first time and the dentist told her she needed a crown. We scheduled a second appt to get the crown. After the procedure, The insurance refused to pay because their was no evidence of a crown needed. We went back and forth with Apexx and the insurance dept. Apex just kept telling us we had to deal with the insurance. The insurance said the dentist can’t show us why they needed a crown. Apex then tells us they sent the pictures and tells us how to explain it to the insurance. We made a mistake and trusted Apex and had to pay $1,000 out of pocket for a crown we apparently didn’t need. Now they are providing Botox and fillers for their money making needs. Be careful with Apex dental!!!

The staff was very courteous and very up front with what they were doing. The Dentist was very gentle and might I add easy on the eye’s 😆

These folks are awesome. They are very friendly and upfront with care and pricing. They go over x-rays in detail. I have had to do quite a bit of care since my old insurance had a long span on when I could get the panoramic X-ray and I had a dentist in the past that did not give as good care. Their cleanings are very thorough. I almost never have to wait and my appointment starts on time. I go to the county line location that is easy to get to!
