I've had a lot of work done with both Dr. English and Dr. Watkins at each Apex location in Madison so far. At both locations, the staff is amazingly caring and kind, from the front desk to the doctors themselves, everyone has been so kind. They always fit me in with my work schedule, and they're always there to help and see me. I broke a tooth one day at lunch during work and they saw me within an hour, which was huge for calming down my anxiety! As someone with very poor oral health and a laundry list of a history of oral (and other) health problems, they have never been judgmental and always do the best they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Awesome people!

Apex is amazing! Not only they meet my expectations, they hit it out of the park! The staff if very knowledgeable and friendly. From the first phone call, I was treated "like I mattered" and never felt as though I was a burden. I had some pretty high expectations and Dr. English was able to meet that. They provided me with up to date methods of dentistry. I was amazed how much they cared. You just don't get that, these days. WAY TO GO APEX!
