Affordable Dentures

If I could give 5 negative stars I would. Dr Bryant was so rude, unprofessional, and very un empathic. I had to go see her 2 different times because they couldn’t get my numb the first time, at my consolation I told them I was worried about them not being able to get me numb and they just blew me off and didn’t talk to me about it. My first appointment I had so many abscess’s that the numbing shots alone had me crying and almost screaming in pain, all she kept saying is stop screaming you are going to scare my other people and I can’t have that. This next time the same thing happens, except she is even more rude and acts like she just doesn’t want to deal with me at all today. So after telling me she can’t give me anymore numbing shots (just like the first time) she comes back with more (just like the first time) and when she pushed on it and I started to wince from pain she asked if it was pain or pressure. I said pain. She then said to me that I must not know the difference in the two, I told her I’ve had 2 c sections I know the difference between pain and pressure. She threw her instruments down and said she was done and referred me to an oral surgeon like I had asked her to do the first appointment after she couldn’t get me numb. I have never been treated so rude, and had someone so Uncompassionate before in my life. If you are broke please just go to the one in Huntsville and stay away from the Madison office if this is where you have to go. Dr Bryant is a quack and I will let everyone I ever speak to know how horribly she treated me over and over again.

Great patient care! The staff were very helpful in explaining the services and very friendly. Dr. Bryant is a great dentist. She made the procedure feel comfortable and pain-free. Good after-care. I am very satisfied.

I was seen very quickly and the Dentist was wonderful. The Assistant was very nice and helpful. I have been using Affordable Dentures for 20 years now and have never had a bad experience. They are first rate.

I had my teeth extracted in Mexico. When I got back home, I didn’t know much about dentures or what they should feel like. I second-guessed my decision of going to Mexico and visited Affordable Dentures in Madison, AL, and I regret ever going over there! They told me my dentures from Mexico were no good, and instead I got them to make my dentures. I paid $3,500 or around, and I got the best package they offered! My first set of dentures from Affordable were awful; they were about three times bigger than my dentures from Mexico and fit very loosely, causing me to gag! I also had a bone in my gum bleeding because the dentures were rubbing it! When I pointed this out to the nurse, she wasn’t concerned, and I had to argue with her just to get treatment! I never went back after this because I could clearly see my health, and being happy with my dentures wasn’t any of their concern! I started wearing the dentures from Mexico again about 5 months ago, and I’m doing okay. I called to see if I could get my money back, and they said no, even though their website says I can get my money back if I’m not satisfied! Affordable wants me to come in and get my final pair of dentures instead of refunding my money! There’s no way I’d trust this place to fix me a second pair after all the awful treatment and criticism I endured with my first pair! I’m now in the process of hiring an attorney so I can get my money back! I’d give anything if I’d never stepped foot in their office!

I saved for months to get a bottom partial and top denture. During my try on I pointed a couple things out to the nurse. When I went to get my permanent I told the dentist one side set extremely higher than the other. She told me it was smile. I know have a brand new denture and partial that set on my nightstand because they don’t fit properly. This place is called affordable dentures for a reason. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. I’m so disappointed that I can’t even wear what I received.
