Valley Smiles Dental Care

My experience at Valley Smiles was incredibly refreshing. First of all, I felt like the biggest pain because I was having some unexpected issues with my insurance. The woman at the front desk was so lovely, patient, and helpful. She called my insurance company for me which was so nice of her because I know she didn’t have to do that. She went out of her way to be very resourceful and kind. Sure that’s part of her job, but you can tell she’s just a really great person. Then I got to have my next wonderful experience with the dental hygienist. She was out of this world amazing. So sweet, so thoughtful, and did an incredible job tending to my oral health. The Doctor and the person who collected my payment on the way out were also very kind! Everyone that I came in contact with was an absolute pleasure! Cannot say enough good things!

Dr Deathrage is a excellent dentist. My smile looks GREAT. His dental work is out of this world. The staff there are very friendly and down to earth.

My children and I have been patients of Valley Smiles for several years. I have always been pleased with the services we have received until recently. Upon our most recent visit, my daughter’s orthodontist sent an extraction letter to Dr. Deatherage in preparation of putting braces on her teeth. Dr. Deatherage refused to extract my daughter’s tooth. He stated “I have extracted children’s teeth before and never know how they may act so I’m not going to do it.” He also stated “I extract teeth from children younger than your daughter, but I’m not going to extract your daughter’s tooth.” My daughter has NEVER been anxious or had any incidents while receiving dental services from Valley Smiles. Valley Smiles’ website plainly states they provide tooth extraction services. How can a Dentist refuse services to an established patient with no evident reasoning? Valley Smiles received years of payments from my insurance for routine procedures and cleanings, but when my daughter truly needs a procedure other than a typical cleaning, they are refusing services. As an established and loyal patient for many years, I am genuinely disappointed and let down.

Dr. Deathreage and his staff did an amazing job reconstruction with my upper teeth. Friendly staff and amazing services. I highly recommend valley smiles to anyone who are looking to have a beautiful smile.

Love love love love love love love Dr Deathrage he’s my favorite Dentist I have ever had. I am so glad to have found him, I send all my family to him. He’s so kind, truly an amazing man and dentist.
