I understand that dentist offices don’t want anyone to be late or they want you to be early, but sometimes they are obstacles we can’t control. I woke my grandmother up 2 hours early before appt and she can barely walk, had dialysis the day before, has dementia, and we are fighting the pouring rain to get her in the car and through traffic to get there. Obviously, we are late by 8 mins unfortunately. I walk her in there in the pouring rain and they tells we have to reschedule and are not even nice or sympathetic about it. They acted like rude and disrespectful to her, a 80 year old woman!!😡😡Will not be taking her back!!

I am one of Dr. Cole’s new patients and I have to tell you like it is. I had broken a tooth and needed someone to deal with it in my insurances network. I go in and find out through the X-ray that all my teeth had died and had to come out. It was and still is a very traumatic event. I have to say in my many years in this life I have seen several dentist’s and I must say I have never in my life seen a dentist or his crew that genuinely cared about their patients as Dr.Cole has cared for me. I could never find the words to describe the amazing way they treated me. Thank you for everything you have done for me.
