We had a great experience wh Dr Masterson. He was kind and understanding. He did a great job making us feel at ease and answering our questions and concerns .His nurse and staff were all very helpful and patient.

Took one of our children to him. After the consultation it was clear he should not be working with pediatrics. I asked him what was the sedation that they would be giving to my child. The response I got was very alarming and deeply concerning. He says.. Do you have any training in sedation medicines? Then why should I explain it to you? Also the child was emotionally upset, as any 4 year old would have been in a dentist office. He was angry that a 4 year old was crying and he said a few words and stormed off. After a few words back and forth we left and scheduled at another location with a more professional dentist. I will keep spreading this word as this man does not need to be working with young children.
