Today was my initial visit with Dr. Teichmiller & her team. I couldn’t smile more about the services received & the road ahead to healthier gums & teeth! Dr. Teichmiller’s facility is a relaxing, home like environment with abundant spa oriented amenities to make your visit as stress free as you may need. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the team, as all avenues from treatment from evaluation, next steps, costs incurred for the services & my wants for future services were discussed. I’m convinced & grateful to have found a forever dentist! 😁

Took my wife in and was told the cost was $97.00 but when I checked my balance they actually took $100.83. I am NOT a fan of being deceived like that by the receptionist. The dentist on the other hand was super nice. Please just be honest. Don’t tell someone what their charge is then secretly charge them a higher amount. That is a quick way to lose me as a customer and it’s deceitful.

What fun folks greet everyone who comes in that big wooden door! Then another friendly person comes to the front to be an escort to the room with the recliner in the middle. Offering a neck pillow and a blanket, the experience is calm, quiet, and continuously explained…no surprises about what is about to happen. Then, from behind the recliner comes the quiet, confident voice of the leader of the pack - Dr Teichmiller. And it is abundantly clear why the team members are happy in their work…and why their patients leave through that big wooden door with a Decatur Smile on their face!

Dr. Stephanie Teichmiller and staff at Decatur Smiles are EXCELLENT! My mother just turned 90 and had to have a full extraction with dentures made. Especially at her age, that is nothing to take lightly, so I wanted the best dentist for her. I am convinced I made the right choice! Each visit we make for adjustments to the temporary dentures (before the permanent ones are created) is a pleasant experience. Everything from the friendly receptionist, the lovely decorated rooms, and the personable Dr. Stephanie, herself, lends itself to a sweet experience! Highly recommended!
