I hate that I’m going to be the only one to say something negative here, but it’s my honest review. I’ve been here a few times for teeth cleanings and x rays and everything has always been great. I always love the hygienist and the staff in the front but not so much the actual dentist. Every time I meet with Dr. Nails I’m always told about how unclean my teeth are. I understand my teeth are in rough shape because growing up I didn’t get the proper care needed. Now that I’m older and better off I’ve been trying to get them fixed. They always mention braces to help me but yet never refer me for them. Anyways, I’m always asked if I brushed my teeth that day in which I always reply that I do because I honestly do and it’s always as if they don’t believe me and just judge me. I was told I needed a cleaning in which I would have happily set up an appointment but since I couldn’t take a morning time either today or tomorrow I was told I would be put on a list which seemed a bit off to me. I also was told about several other procedures I would need but was never given an appointment to follow up with them which led me to further believe I’m not welcome. It seemed as if I wasn’t wanted there because my teeth aren’t perfect and maybe because I wasn’t the type of individual they wanted to be sitting in the chair. I have excellent insurance and I by no means have issues paying and I shouldn’t have been misjudged. Maybe I read the situation wrong but I just never felt entirely welcome and I felt awful after leaving. I’ll be finding a new dentist.

Everyone is always really nice and friendly!! Hygienists clean teeth very thoroughly and I have never had a bad experience!! Dr. Nails never tries to do unnecessary work like replacing fillings/crowns unless there is truly a legitimate problem with one!! When she does work, it is outstanding and it lasts!! They always run on time and one is never waiting for appointments to begin!!! Will ALWAYS use Dr. Nails!!! All around excellence....ALWAYS!!!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to and with such a wonderful team. They are always on time with our appointments and the office hours are really helpful. Both Dr. Nails and her team are clear about what they are doing and what follow up will be necessary. I’m so excited to finally have a family dentist that everyone is happy to go see. Thank you for always making this such a great experience!
