Amazing Team 2This was my son’s first visit with them today and they did amazing with him. Did what they needed to do and were very gentle and caring of how nervous he was. I absolutely recommend!

Beware! This place was really out of date and so gross looking inside. You could tell the whole practice was unorganized and just didn’t present itself as a professional practice whatsoever. The dentist, Dr. Taylor, (found out Dr. Lynn doesn’t see patients anymore while there) literally stuck her fingers in my 7 month old’s mouth for maybe 5 seconds and ran her fingers around. She didn’t even look for lip/tongue ties, check his gums, look for any mouth injuries and other teeth coming in and did not spend any time to talk with me about the care of his teeth and/or provide tips . They also gave us a child’s toothbrush (not in a box) in a great value ziploc bag with a a little dental mirror along with an appointment reminder card that they had set for us while being seen. It was such a rip off in my opinion - a real waste of time. We will most definitely not be going back.

I called for an emergency visit, the receptionist was so sweet and polite. He wasn’t in the office; however he didn’t hesitate to come in. He was very educational and kind. It’s not everyday you get to meet a person that feels the same way about God. I wish I could give the office more stars.

If u have a child with special needs or just is scared of dentists I DO NOT recommend this dentist. He ran out of patience with my son which has special needs and was trying to tell me how and what my son understands. He is normally a sweet person ( he was my son’s dentist for 5 years) but when it comes to my son one time is all it takes to mess up and never get our business again.

One thing I can say I liked about this place is that they where very kind and nice. I scheduled an appointment here for my son’s abcess tooth and they also suggested a cleaning so I agreed. The main purpose for this was to do something about the abcess tooth and they did the cleaning and then told me I had to go to Nashville for the abcess tooth which is an hour and half from where I live. So when I asked them if they can do an abcess tooth over the phone they should of just told me they can’t instead of wasting my time and money pinching people for cleanings and then sending them else where for actual procedures they should be doing as a dentist office. I then proceeded to go to glick and woods 13 minutes from where I live where they took care of the abcess tooth no problem and scheduled another appointment for other work needed. So why are they trying to refer me to unnecessary places far away when there are more convenient places close by? Lack of knowledge maybe or trying to keep competitors from taking customers not sure but I do know this place needs to step it up. One more thing to point out for the main doctor explaining to me that candy and sodas are bad you don’t need a degree to know this stuff I gained no insight from the visit and it was a complete waste of my time and my son who was in pain. Also, the place was filthy and needs a good cleaning. I have nothing personal against this business I’ve only been there once and it will be my last. I would take this review serious and make some changes within the business to ensure your success. I wish you the best.
