Amazing Team 2The office was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were happy and patient. I had to leave and get more cash and no one made me feel like an inconvenience. I was a new patient and have became a regular patient due to the whole experience.

I’m gonna be honest as much as I can. I don’t really think I had the best experience with yawl. I understand policies and how things work I am a manager where I work so I get it! But I feel yawl could have done more than what yawl did! I had employees my peers who told me about yawl! I needed a tooth pulled and I was willing to give yawl $200 that day I explained the situation and loosing my mom suddenly but I knew it needs to be pulled he said he bit if it needed to be surgically removed it would jump the price to $412 they asked or she did when I could pay the rest which I would but I couldn’t out of my next check and I told that because I had to pay rent $800 so it would be out of the check after that! So they decided not to help me I’m not upset I give to God I appreciate what yawl did do but I feel yawl could have done more!

My biannual checkup with Deal Family Dental was such a pleasant experience. Jessica (my personal hygienist) was very professional, friendly, personable, attentive, not rushed, and takes the "Best" photos of my teeth for Dr. A. I can’t imagine using any other dentist on the globe. Dr. A does such a complete exam. I really appreciate her attention to not only my teeth, but my complete oral health. The office staff also took time to answer a couple of questions I had prior to my appointment. Thank you Deal Family Dental! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. 😁

My visit at Deal Family Dental was great! Courtney did my X-Rays, and she was very welcoming and kind. Jennifer was the dental hygienist I saw, and she was also very kind and accommodating. She took the time to give me recommendations of things I could be doing at home to maintain my dental health. Lastly, Dr. Apata was the dentist I saw; she was very reassuring, showed me her plan of action, and explained every single step. The staff was all very positive and kind, and I’m glad that I chose this team for my dental care!

This was my first time time going to this dentist. I have avoided going to the dentist for a long time because I felt that I would be judged for not having perfect teeth. I came in the front and the front desk girl was so sweet and nice. I got a tour of the place and a description of what degrees the dentist I was seeing had. I thought that was amazing. I was taken to a room and Jennifer my dentist hygienist was so sweet. She sat me down asked me some personal questions to get to know who I am. Dr Apata came in within minutes of me sitting and Jennifer gave her the overview of what I had just told her about myself. I explained what I wanted done and they were more than helpful in accommodating what needs I had. I made appointments for my husband and kids as well.
