The person who do the cleaning was very unprofessional. And seems she don’t know how to work with kids. She just came and as my son didn’t want to be clean as he is just 6 years old she just told me that she couldn’t clean correctly because he doesn’t want it. She never insist or try to convince my son. So I was there for less than 2 minutes and she didn’t do a correct cleaning. So basically they charge the insurance for a cleaning when she just do anything. Dr came and left and never knew what was the result. Terrible. I know not all the stuff are like that but today was a terrible experience.

I’m a person who has always been scared of the dentist. Ever since I found out about Abra Dental and began seeking treatment here, I’ve been met with nothing but kindness and understanding. Today I buckled down on the work I needed done and I scheduled appointments for multiple things that I needed. Cynthia and Fatima were the receptionists who helped me and they were PHENOMENAL! They handled everything for me and made everything so easy. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointments because they were able to schedule me for MORE than what I needed so I can finish my treatment faster! I’m so happy with the service I received, and I’ll continue to come back.

Today was my first time with my kids in this office and wow it’s beautiful in here !!! Everyone is super nice and friendly. Brenda Dasilva is great helped me with my kids app and explained everything to me and made sure I have an appointment right away. Loved this office !!

At first, it was 5 start, but it is getting worse with time. I gave them a chance I spoke with their manager a few months ago and she was really nice, you can tell she tries her best, but I am still thinking that the front desk are too overwhelmed they barely said greetings to you, they are so over book that they look like they are done for the day and they just stared. My kids and I love the DENTIST and the DA, but the front desk, specifically the girls, can do a lot better in both locations, Newark and Bloomfield. They are the face of the company. They should smile more.

Oookay soo unfortunately I have to say this place is ridiculously over booked with patients. There is no intercom so you can’t hear them call your name then you have to wait longer. The staff bless their young hearts but I can see in the girls faces they are over it at times . It is too many people . And the staff is getting a wake up call on customer service. Normally when people go off about waiting I ignore them but they are right. Get it together guys cause this is the worst place I’ve been too. Ooh and how tf yall don’t have change. This is a business..???
